What?6 miles: 1 mile warm-up followed by enough half-mile or full-mile
repeats to equal 4 miles… Top it off with a 1 mile cool-down. That’s 6 miles total!!!

Turn onto
Columns Dr. – Go 2 miles. Turn right on Riverlook Pkwy. Go exactly .5 mile
(half a mile) up the big hill. In that half mile you will pass over 3 speed
bumps and 2 stop signs. Casa del Stac is on the left immediately after the 3rd
speed bump. It’s the 2nd door in on the left side of the building, unit
203.Park in any open spot.
All levels are welcome. We will be on
a ½ mile loop that has minimal traffic and will allow all participants to see
eachother throughout the entire workout (nobody gets left behind and ya can’t
get lost!!). Lights OR reflective vest 100% REQUIRED,
please! Choose your distance! Run as few or as many 800’s or 1 mile
repeats as you like. We’ll usually announce the combination of repeats before
we start. It will always be a mix of 800’s/1 milers but you can do your own
thing if you prefer.

ChristianRunners Track Night: On Hold Due to the Time Change Where?Holy Innnocents School When? Every Tuesday night (on hold) Time? We like to start around 6:15pm, but we know driving in the ATL can be sketchy so just show up whenever! Stay late or leave early- We're just happy if you're there! Who? EVERYONE of ANY ABILITY (walkers, too!) There's a place for everyone on this track, so come on out! **Bathrooms are available at the track. Water fountains available but we suggest you bring a water bottle.**
