Why? It's an opportunity to meet/train/fellowship with other runners in the area, make new friends and enjoy a great run along the way.
Typically, our runs include two groups...4-6 milers and longer runs for those who are in training for up to full/half marathons. We're serious and not so serious runners...someone is bound to match your pace.
