We are back running for the Spring Summer and early Fall!
From Spring to early Fall, meet us
at High Park on Monday nights for a hill work out. We meet at the
Grenadier Restaurant parking lot at 6:30pm in the centre of High Park.
Look for a group of runners ready to tackle some hills.
Hill training is an important element to a training program.

Thursday - Track - Birchmount Track (Scarborough)
Track is on for the spring, summer early fall season. We meet on Thursday evenings at 7pm at Birchmount Stadium in the east end near Birchmount and Kingston Road. Come out and join the group in testing your speedwork on the track.
It can be Long or Short. We run for at least 1hr on Saturday's. There are different skills from each runner and a running group for each type of runner. This is a very social run as we like to meet for brunch afterwards and fellowship together.
We meet at 9:00 AM Saturdays at Sunnybrook Park, off of the Leslie St entrance near Eglinton.
TCRs are known to have their fun. Although we train hard, on the hills, the track or for a long run, we're notorious for loving to eat too! We become good friends and family and often have brunches, and parties and events together.

Heather leads our
beginners group, and the group for those who like a casual run in the
park. She always has a smile and can make the runs that much more
enjoyable. She leads our 5-10K runs on Saturday mornings.
