Here are a few biographies of some of the people who run with Toronto Christian Runners. We appreciate the great diversity in our group. This group is the Body of Christ. We all appreciate each other's uniqueness and how God made us with different abilities and personalities.

Why I run with Toronto Christian Runners: Why run alone? Running can be such an isolating sport. We often log many miles on our own early in the morning or after work. Running on your own can be a great time to relax, to reflect, and to talk with God. But we also need the fellowship of others to encourage us. The friendships I have made in this group are very special. We are very different individuals outside of running but the common element of being a runner and knowing Jesus Christ helps us bond quickly (not everyone is a Christian which is even better for diversity and opportunity for witness). We have run many races together as well as eating many meals together. This is a family and a church unto itself.
